AI assistants

Overview

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok about your organisation's RFPs and proposals. The connection is read-only, limited to your organisation, and off until you turn it on.

You can connect a third-party AI assistant to your Ventur3 account and ask it questions about your organisation's events, venues, and proposals.

A connection is read-only. It can see only your organisation's data, it stays off until you turn it on, and you can disconnect it at any time. Your password is never shared with the assistant.

Who can connect

Planner accounts can connect an assistant. Every Ventur3 plan can, including Free.

Venue accounts and sales accounts cannot connect in this version. Ventur3 tells you if the signed-in account is not eligible. Deactivated accounts, and accounts whose email is not confirmed, cannot connect either.

Some AI providers only offer custom connectors on their own paid plans. That limit is the provider's. Ventur3 does not charge to connect.

The connector address

When the assistant asks for a connector address, paste:
