Disconnect a connection

Revoke an AI assistant from Account settings, or change your password to disconnect every assistant at once.

You can disconnect an assistant at any time. Disconnecting stops it from reading your Ventur3 data.

Revoke one connection

  1. In Ventur3, go to Account settings › Connected apps.
  2. Each connection lists the application, when it was connected, and when it was last used.
  3. Choose Revoke. The disconnection takes effect within about a minute.

Other ways a connection ends

  • Changing your password disconnects every connected assistant.
  • A connection stops working if your account is deactivated, or if you leave your organisation.

Ventur3 emails you whenever a new connection is made on your account. The email includes a link to revoke it if you did not make that connection.

After you revoke a connection, the assistant can no longer read your data. Connecting again means adding the connector and approving access once more. See Set up a connection.
